The Terra Luna Classic (LUNC) network is undergoing a major transformation as it prepares to launch the Terra Classic parity upgrade mainnet 2.1.0 on June 14, 2023. The upgrade will make LUNC compatible with all Cosmos-based blockchains, including the new Terra 2.0 network.
Meanwhile, LUNC has seen a 10.9% increase in its market cap in the last 24 hours, but its stablecoin USTC has not recovered from its peg failure.
The LUNC community is exploring various options to restore USTC’s stability, such as creating a staking vault and increasing the burn tax.
Additionally, a LUNC AI app chain is being developed by Drexel University Professor Edward Kim, which could bring more innovation and value to the LUNC ecosystem.
There is a lot to expect from LUNC as The Terra Luna Classic network is witnessing a massive surge in staking activity, as it reaches a new milestone of $1 trillion in staked value.
