Solana has a new independent validator client called Firedancer.
Firedancer is built by Jump. It leverages Solana’s features to create a cross-chain liquidity aggregator and yield optimizer for DeFi users.
It allows users to access the best liquidity and yield opportunities across multiple blockchains, such as Ethereum, Binance and Polygon. Firedancer also offers features such as auto-compounding, risk management, governance and analytics to enhance the user experience and security.
Overall, Firedancer claims to have several advantages over existing DeFi aggregators, such as lower fees, faster transactions, higher scalability and interoperability. It is currently under heavy development and is not ready for production use.
